388wni Terms and Conditions — Platform Rules

By accessing the 388wni platform — whether through the website, the mobile app downloaded from the Download page, or any other interface provided by 388wni — you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and 388wni.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these terms. If at any point you do not agree with any provision of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the 388wni platform and close your account.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered on 388wni including sports betting (cricket, PSL, football, esports), casino games, fish games, bingo, the VIP programme, promotions and any future services introduced on the platform. Additional terms specific to individual promotions or game types may be published separately and should be read alongside these general terms.

To access the full range of 388wni services, you must register and maintain an active account. Registration is open to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You are registering on your own behalf with accurate, truthful personal information.
• You have not previously had a 388wni account suspended or terminated.
• You are not acting as an agent or representative of another person for the purpose of gambling.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 388wni account. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same device, same payment method or different personal details — is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended along with the forfeiture of any balances held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login details with anyone else. 388wni will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable steps to keep them secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 388wni support immediately.

During registration or at any subsequent point, 388wni may request identity verification documentation. This is standard practice and is intended to protect both the player and the platform. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension until verification is completed.

388wni processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may change from time to time.

Deposits: Funds deposited to your 388wni account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds come from an account belonging to another person — are not accepted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your balance quickly, though processing times can vary by method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where possible. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown on the withdrawal screen. Before a withdrawal can be processed, any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be satisfied. Standard withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours during normal operating hours. Bank transfers and Raast withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

Withdrawal verification: 388wni may request identity and payment verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or withdrawals above a certain threshold. This is a standard security measure. 388wni reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

• All transactions are denominated in PKR with no hidden currency conversion fees.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method you own and have previously used to deposit.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion terms before withdrawal is permitted.
• 388wni does not charge a platform fee on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

388wni offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, PSL season specials, cashback offers and VIP-exclusive promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated on the Promotions page in addition to these general conditions.

Wagering requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier and eligible games are stated clearly on each individual promotion. Not all games contribute equally — sports betting, slots and fish games may carry different contribution percentages toward meeting a wagering requirement.

Bonus eligibility: Each promotion specifies who is eligible to claim it. Some offers are available only to new registrants; others are open to all active players or specific VIP tiers. Attempting to claim a bonus for which you are not eligible, or using multiple accounts to claim a single-use offer more than once, constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Sports betting on 388wni covers cricket (including PSL, T20 Internationals, ODIs and Test matches), football, esports (including PUBG Mobile, CS2, Dota 2 and Valorant) and other sports as listed on the Bet page. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform.

Bet acceptance: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the system. 388wni reserves the right to refuse any bet without explanation, including bets placed after an event has started where live betting is not enabled for that market.

Settlement: All bets are settled based on official results published by the relevant sport's governing body — for cricket this means PCB, ICC or the relevant board overseeing the competition. In the event of a match being abandoned or reduced in overs, standard Duckworth-Lewis-Stern rules apply to cricket markets where applicable. Football bets are settled on 90-minute plus injury time results unless otherwise stated.

Void bets: A bet may be voided in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, postponed or abandoned before a result can be determined.
• An obvious pricing error was present at the time the bet was placed.
• There is credible evidence that the integrity of the event has been compromised.
• A technical error on the platform resulted in incorrect odds being displayed.

Where a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to your 388wni balance. Accumulator bets containing one voided selection will be recalculated without that selection at reduced odds.

PSL and cricket live betting: During PSL fixtures and other live cricket markets, odds update in real time. There may be brief pauses in betting during wickets, reviews or other notable events. Bets placed during these pauses may be accepted at the next available odds or held pending confirmation, depending on the market state at the time.

388wni's casino offering includes slots, live dealer games, fish shooting games and bingo. Each game category operates under the following general conditions alongside any game-specific rules displayed within the game interface itself.

Slots and table games: All outcomes are determined by certified random number generation. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages vary by game and are indicated within each game's information section. Playing a slot machine does not affect the probability of future outcomes — each spin is independent.

Live casino: Live dealer games are streamed in real time. Connection quality may affect your experience — 388wni is not responsible for disconnections caused by your internet service provider or device. If a disconnect occurs mid-hand in a live table game, the hand will be settled according to the game's standard rules at that point in play.

Fish games: Fish shooting games on 388wni involve skill and chance elements. Game credits are deducted per shot fired regardless of whether a target is hit. Jackpot fish and boss characters appear according to the game's programming and are not guaranteed to appear within any specific time window.

Bingo: Bingo rooms on 388wni run on a scheduled basis with room entry, ticket prices and jackpot values displayed before you join. Once a bingo room session has begun, tickets cannot be returned or refunded. Jackpot prizes are paid to the player or players who complete the winning pattern first as verified by the system.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 388wni. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to permanent closure with forfeiture of balance:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from a known bug must be reported immediately and will be voided if exploited.
• Using automated scripts, bots or any software to place bets or interact with games on your behalf.
• Coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures or bet hedging schemes across multiple accounts.
• Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge of a predetermined result.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or distribute any part of the 388wni platform software or content.

388wni reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion. Common grounds for suspension include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification, or conduct that is abusive toward platform staff or other players.

Where an account is suspended for investigation, access to the account — including the ability to place bets, play games or make withdrawals — will be restricted until the investigation is concluded. 388wni will make reasonable efforts to communicate the reason for suspension and provide a timeline for resolution.

You may request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting 388wni support. If you are closing your account for responsible gaming reasons, the support team can also apply a self-exclusion period rather than a permanent closure, giving you the option to return at a later date if your circumstances change.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification requirements.

388wni collects and processes personal data necessary to operate the platform, process transactions and comply with security requirements. The types of data collected include your name, phone number, payment method details, betting and gaming history, and device information.

388wni does not sell your personal data to third parties. By registering on 388wni, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request a copy of the data 388wni holds about you and to request corrections to inaccurate information by contacting support.

388wni is committed to providing an entertainment experience that remains safe and enjoyable for all players. The platform is designed for adults aged 18 and above who choose to engage with it as a form of leisure within their personal financial means.

388wni strongly recommends that all players:

• Platform downtime, maintenance windows or technical outages outside of 388wni's reasonable control.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party providers such as JazzCash, Easypaisa or banking institutions.
• Losses arising from a player's own failure to keep account credentials secure.
• Decisions made by the player in the course of betting or gaming — all gambling decisions are made at the player's own risk.
• Events of force majeure including natural disasters, internet infrastructure failures or government actions that prevent the platform from operating.

Nothing in these terms limits 388wni's liability for fraud committed by 388wni or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. In all other cases, 388wni's maximum liability to any individual player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

388wni reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.
